Dr. Sheneze Madramootoo is a PhD-prepared developmental psychologist, applied researcher, and strategic consultant. With over a decade of experience, her work sits at the intersection of health equity, organizational development, and international development.
Her career spans academic medical centers, federal research programs, and nonprofit organizations. She has led rigorous research initiatives, played an integral role in grant preparation and funded research, designed evidence-based programs, and guided organizations through complex compliance landscapes. She brings both the discipline of a published researcher and the strategic instinct of a seasoned consultant to every engagement.
As Founder of ZenFem Care, an international nonprofit advancing women's mental health across Guyana and the Caribbean, Dr. Madramootoo's commitment to equity-centered, community-driven work extends far beyond the consulting room.
